I know it's the 8th deadly sin to have a blog and not post anything for a month, but in my defense...no one would've wanted to hear what I've had to say in the last 30-odd days. That being said, I'm not sure anything has improved, but I'm trying to avoid the 9th, which is stopping the blog all together...or maybe it's cannibalism, I can't recall.
So what's going on in my life, you ask? Oh, the same old same old. What does that saying even mean anyway? Does one really need to repeat "same old" after saying it once? Is that supposed to emphasize how boring, pointless, and monotonous one's life is? See now, I got all worked up for this paragraph here and forgot to take my tea bag out of the mug. Now my tea is uber strong and I don't even know if I can handle Constant Comment Supreme. Let's give it a try...lord that is some strong tea.
So I stole that usage of the word "supreme" from Tenacious D. They put "supreme" on the end of things they think are awesome and I have to admit, I find it hilarious. Hence the paying homage by copying. At least I'm citing my source, though...college obviously taught me something.
I'm at work right now. I suppose I should feel bad about that, updating my blog at work, but since this place has driven me to cancel my internet at home (or forfeit food), I suppose this could be my "smoker's break". I just need to find a smoker that I can record exactly how long it takes to smoke an average cigarette. But then I'd have to stand next to one. And they stink. And I don't want to willingly stand next to people who stink. I do it too much against my will on the bus.
